About Dr. Paquette
Dr. Jonah Paquette is a licensed clinical psychologist with expertise in the treatment of depression, stress, generalized anxiety, and post-traumatic stress disorder. His style is warm, collaborative, culturally sensitive, and strengths-based. He draws from a range of evidence-based approaches including CBT, mindfulness-based strategies, and positive psychology to help facilitate lasting change. Dr. Paquette enjoys working with adults and he currently sees patients in Marin and via telemedicine across the state of California.
In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Paquette has authored four research-based self-help books focused on the promotion of well-being and resilience, and regularly delivers workshops and keynotes both nationally and internationally to professional and general audiences. Prior to joining The Clinic, Dr. Paquette spent over ten years at Kaiser Permanente where he served as the Assistant Director for Mental Health Training across Northern California.
Dr. Paquette completed his postdoctoral fellowship at Kaiser Permanente and his doctoral internship at the VA Loma Linda Healthcare System. He received his doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from the PGSP-Stanford PsyD Consortium, and a bachelor’s degree from Columbia University.
