About Dr. Paquette

Dr. Kelly Paquette is a licensed clinical psychologist and has been practicing psychotherapy for more than a decade. Dr. Paquette has specialties in post-traumatic stress, trauma, depression, stress, and anxiety and prioritizes providing a safe and nonjudgmental space for her patients to be fully heard and supported. Dr. Paquette incorporates a variety of evidence-based interventions to help make the changes her patients seek, as well as cultivate insight and self-awareness into patterns of relationships, behaviors, and emotions. Her treatment approach is integrative, empowering, and collaborative.

Dr. Paquette enjoys working with adults in Marin and via telemedicine across the State of California.

In addition to clinical practice, Dr. Paquette has presented on the impact of trauma and mental health to a variety of organizations including NAMI and Kaiser Permanente, and has greatly enjoyed supervising psychology trainees across her career. She is also a yoga instructor, teaching yoga for emotional wellness classes, and has co-facilitated retreats/workshops on the integration of yoga and mental health treatment, nationally and internationally.

Dr. Paquette completed her postdoctoral fellowship at Kaiser Permanente, and her predoctoral internship at the VA Loma Linda Healthcare System. She received her masters and doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology and received her bachelors Psychology from Valdosta State University.
